Research / Experience / Interface
UI/UX design.Websites & apps.
Raytech Agency designs user journeys and interfaces for websites and applications. Work can include research, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems and usability testing. We focus the scope on the tasks people need to complete, then clarify what developers receive and how the design will be checked.
01 / A point of view
Good design makes the next step feel natural.
Every screen is part of a bigger journey. We bring research, interaction, and visual design together so your website or product feels clear from the first impression to the action that matters.

Interfaces with a point of view. Digital experiences made to be explored.
03 / What we bring
One connected team.Useful by design. Distinctive by nature.
01Research
Understand the people behind the interactions. Map their journeys, identify the friction, and find the opportunities that should shape the experience.
User research / Customer journeys / Wireframes02Design
Turn the structure into something people can feel and use. Build the interfaces, interactions, and reusable patterns that make the whole experience work together.
Interface design / Interactive prototypes / Design systems03Refine
Put the experience in front of people, test the important tasks, and improve the details. Give your development team a clear, considered design to build from.

04 / How we get there
Built together.From the first
“what if.”
- 01
Thinking
Explore the business goal and the user need. Map a simpler path between the two.
- 02
Making
Design the journey, prototype the interactions, and build a visual system with room to grow.
- 03
Moving forward
Test the experience, refine the details, and collaborate through the handoff from design to development.
Before we build / UI/UX Design
A few questions.
Clear answers.
For teams designing a new digital product or improving a journey that people find confusing, slow or difficult to complete.
Tell us about your projectWhat is included in UI/UX design?
A project can include user research, journey mapping, wireframes, interactive prototypes, interface design and usability testing. The scope should identify the journeys and screens being designed, along with what developers will receive.
Can you improve an existing website or app?
Yes. We can start with one important task, identify where people struggle, and explore a more useful flow. A focused prototype can help test the direction before committing to a full redesign.
Is development included in the design scope?
Design and development are separate capabilities that can be connected in one engagement. We clarify implementation responsibilities, design-system needs and handoff expectations in the project scope.
Will the design work on mobile and desktop?
We agree the devices and breakpoints your product needs, then design responsive layouts and important interaction states. Mobile navigation, forms and touch targets are considered alongside the desktop experience.
How do you test whether a design is easier to use?
We can test prototypes against specific tasks with representative users and document where they hesitate or fail. The research scope, participant recruitment and success criteria are agreed before testing.
What will our developers receive?
The handoff can include organised design files, reusable components, interaction notes and responsive specifications. We agree the level of documentation and implementation support your development team needs.
