What we collect & why
We use the name, email and project details you submit to assess and respond to your inquiry. Company and website details are optional. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How information is stored
Inquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet, with an internal email notification to our team. Access is limited to people handling your request and the service providers needed to operate the website.
Our host may process IP addresses, browser details and access logs for delivery and security. Providers may process information outside your country. See Namecheap’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries that do not become clients for 24 months, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires longer retention. Client project records follow the applicable agreement and recordkeeping requirements.
Cookies & analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics measures visits and actions using cookies, browser and device information, and approximate location. We disable advertising features and limit its cookies to 60 days. User and event data is retained for 2 months; aggregate reports may remain longer. See Google’s privacy policy.
With separate consent, Microsoft Clarity records page interactions for heatmaps and session replay. We use strict text masking and exclude the brief page from replay. Recordings generally remain for 30 days; heatmaps and retained recordings may remain for up to 9 months. See Microsoft’s privacy statement.
Our custom analytics events do not include your name, email or brief text. We remove query strings from the page addresses sent to Google Analytics. You can withdraw either choice below; this stops future tracking but does not automatically erase data already collected.
If you save a cookie preference, it stays in your browser for up to 180 days. Optional tracking is never required to submit a brief.
Email subscriptions and campaign measurement
If you opt in to Raytech marketing emails, we use Listmonk to manage subscriptions and Brevo to deliver campaigns. Emails may measure opens and link clicks; these signals can include automated mail-provider activity. Delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe records help us operate the mailing list. You can unsubscribe using the link in each campaign email.
With website analytics consent, a campaign identifier can be kept for up to 24 hours within your browser session and attached to a successfully submitted inquiry. We use this to understand which campaigns lead to inquiries. The campaign receiver stores keyed recipient identifiers rather than email addresses; our private mailing system can associate those identifiers with subscribers. Marketing suppression records are kept to honour opt-outs. Email opens and clicks are not proof that a person read or clicked a message.
