AI automation.Connected workflows.
Think bigger. We’re in.
Put your business in a better flow.
Raytech Agency builds AI-assisted workflows that connect business tools, data and team decisions. We map the process, define validation rules and scope integrations around the systems you use. Testing covers normal operation, failures and human review before a release, with monitoring and maintenance responsibilities agreed for the project.
Connect the questions, the decisions, and the everyday work—so your people can focus on what comes next.

Before we build / AI & Automation
A few questions.
Clear answers.
For teams repeatedly copying information between tools, missing follow-ups or spending time on a task with clear, repeatable inputs.
Tell us about your projectDoes every automation need AI?
No. Moving a validated inquiry into a Sheet and notifying the team can use ordinary rules. AI may help with less structured work such as summarizing or classifying text, but it needs a defined role, suitable data and a review process.
Which tools can an automation connect?
Forms, email, Google Sheets and CRMs are common starting points. Feasibility depends on each tool’s API, account permissions and limits. We check those constraints against the actual workflow before committing to an integration.
What happens when an integration fails?
A useful workflow separates a saved record from its notification, records failures and provides a recovery path. Human approval belongs around consequential actions. We agree who receives alerts, how retries work and when the workflow should stop for review.
Where should we start with automation?
Choose a repeated task with clear inputs, a named owner and a measurable cost in time or effort. We map the current process and test a focused workflow before expanding into more complex decisions.
How is our business data handled?
We identify the data the workflow needs, where it travels and which accounts can access it. Provider settings, retention, permissions and any restrictions on sensitive information are agreed before connecting production systems.
Will the workflow need maintenance after launch?
Yes. APIs, business rules and provider behaviour can change. The handoff defines monitoring, failure alerts, documentation and responsibility for updates; ongoing support can be scoped separately.
